Learning to express yourself confidently is a skill to be practiced. The sooner we get comfortable with our own uniqueness and awesomeness, the longer we get to live as our most authentic self.
We can express ourselves through words, actions, clothing, hairstyles, writing, story-telling, drawing, music, dance and so much more!
This is where GROOVE comes in! On the DANCEfloor, we get the opportunity to express all of who we are, even if we haven’t expressed certain sides of ourselves in a while or ever for that matter, in a safe, non-judgmental environment! We will dance all energies, all styles and move our bodies in all ways.
We will also spend time together connecting, journaling, talking, enjoying a sound bath experience and simply being present in each other’s energy for the afternoon. Show up to practice and build your confidence through self-expression and OH SO MUCH FUN!!

- We cannot provide food or drinks so we are planning on going out afterwards with anyone who wants to.
