Movement for Organizations

Embodied experiences that bring people back to themselves.

INQUIRE ABOUT BRINGING BELLE IN

Your team holds knowledge in their bodies — in posture, breath, and the invisible tension they carry between meetings. Belle's work creates the conditions for that to shift: not through performance, but through genuine presence and play.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Built for Organizations That Value the Whole Person

From wellness retreat centers to hospital staff and university communities — wherever people need to reconnect with their own aliveness.

TWO APPROACHES

Fiestas & Siestas

Belle's work moves between two modes — energizing and restoring — both grounded in the same philosophy: movement as a path back to yourself.

WING ONE

Fiestas

The party — energy, rhythm, connection

High-energy, participatory dance experiences that dissolve self-consciousness and replace it with joy. No performance required. Just your body, the music, and a room full of people remembering how to play.

  • Afro-Latin Dance Cumbia · Salsa · Samba
  •  Participatory Dance Facilitation Original
  •  Community Rhythm Circles
  •  Folkloric Dance Forms

Ideal for: team retreats, opening ceremonies, community-building events, and any gathering that needs to break the ice and build genuine warmth.

WING TWO

Siestas

The rest — stillness, awareness, integration

Slower, more contemplative movement practices that invite people to feel what's been going on in their bodies. Often the most necessary work — especially for those who never slow down.

  • Argentine Tango Original
  •  Conscious Movement Practice
  •  Somatic Awareness Work
  •  Guided Body-Based Reflection

Ideal for: wellness retreats, healthcare staff burnout recovery, closing sessions, and any context where people need to land back in their bodies after long periods of cognitive overload.

THE PHILOSOPHY

What Happens in the Room

Belle doesn't perform at people — she creates conditions. The shift happens between participants, through music, through gentle instruction, through the safety of being in it together.

FOR PARTICIPANTS

People leave Belle's sessions feeling more like themselves. Not polished or performed — more like themselves. Lighter in the shoulders. Warmer toward the person next to them. Carrying something they hadn't expected to find in a work context.

FOR ORGANIZERS

You don't have to convince your audience that this will be meaningful. Belle earns that trust inside the session itself. Her 30+ years of experience means she can read a room, adapt on the fly, and meet people exactly where they are.

INCLUSIVE BY DESIGN

Built for Real Bodies, Real People

Belle's work doesn't require dancing experience, physical fitness, or any particular relationship to your body. She designs every session to be genuinely accessible.

MOBILITY ADAPTATIONS

Seated and standing variations are always available. No one sits on the sidelines.

CROSS-CULTURAL DESIGN

Belle's Afro-Latin roots and global facilitation experience mean she designs for diverse rooms, not a default participant.

BILINGUAL FACILITATION

Sessions can be delivered in English or Spanish, or fluidly across both.

NO DANCE BACKGROUND REQUIRED

The instruction is participatory, not instructional. First-timers and seasoned dancers enter the same room.
